Before becoming an agent, Danny built his real estate career as a full-time investor, gaining hands-on experience with fix-and-flip projects, land transactions, and other real estate investments. That background gives him a practical perspective when helping clients evaluate property value, understand market conditions, identify opportunities, negotiate terms, and make well-informed decisions.
Danny also has extensive experience with land and more complex transactions, including short sales. Whether he is helping a first-time buyer purchase a home, marketing a property for sale, helping a landowner evaluate their options, or guiding a homeowner through a difficult financial situation, his focus is on clear communication, preparation, and consistent follow-through.
He stays closely involved throughout each transaction and has developed strong working relationships with lenders, inspectors, title professionals, contractors, investors, and other real estate professionals who can help clients navigate the process as efficiently as possible.
In Arizona, Danny serves the greater Phoenix area and surrounding communities. In California, he works throughout the Central Valley and Northern California, including Turlock, Modesto, Manteca, Stockton, Tracy, Merced, Sacramento, and surrounding areas.
